Editor's Note: In this much revealing documentary, Africa's problem with imported democratic values is discussed. As the former Secretary-General of the United Nations, Kofi Annan, mentions in the documentary, traditional African values of 'democracy' should be incorporated into the modern systems of governance in Africa.
